All lip oils, bioglitters and temporary tattoos are Final Sale, unless defective.

Defective Product: If you have received a defective product(s), we are happy to replace the order or offer a full refund via original payment method. Defective products must be reported to our Customer Support team at within 15 days from date delivered. 

  • Do not return any product before receiving instructions from In order to expedite the process, please include “Defective Product” in the subject of the email and include:
    1. Your full name 
    2. Order Number and Date of Order
    3. Description of the defect 
  • 4. Photographs of the defect
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or used. Refunds will not be given if the bag(s) have been opened and/or altered in any way.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to processing facility to ensure they meet requirements stated above.
  • Upon receipt of the unopened merchandise, a refund will be issued via the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:  We do not accept exchanges for lip oils and temporary tattoos at this time. Please choose carefully the lip oil or temporary tattoo you’d like before placing an order.

We have a 15-day return policy within the United States, which means you have 15 days from the date delivered to request a return. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. If the item is defective, we will cover the shipping cost for the item to be returned.

Defective issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items.


To start an exchange, please contact If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account
